Very mediocre. Lady at the counter was sweet, but made my drink wrong, could be my fault. They took out the ultra Carmel frap(starbucks did) and so it has been confusing lately to order it because they have all the ingredients except the special whip cream so I try to explain that regular whip cream with the dark Carmel sauce works and tastes just as good but somehow all the starbucks in ny on my trip have tasted different? Oh well very average somewhat cramped but it's okay.

The coffee here is good (of course, it's Starbucks). But I wouldn't recommend this place unless you like paying double for your drink. I paid over $4 for a tall iced coffee. Likely because it's connected to a hotel?

Bottom Line:  A small Starbucks inside the Marriott Renaissance Hotel.

This Starbucks is small but it does have all of the Starbucks essentials.  I suspect it largely serves hotel guests but even with five people in here it can feel crowded.  As another Yelper noted, there isn't free wifi and the seating is very limited.  I think there are just a handful of spots to sit inside and outside.  I'm old fashioned and just get a drip coffee although I always study the menu and debate a specialty drink. A hot cup of java is always nice for a cold Boston morning.

It was fine. This was a small Starbucks inside the Marriott Renaissance Hotel. It was hard to find - there was no external entrance. Entering the lobby, I did not see any signs. After asking someone they told me it was up the escalator on the second level.

I'm not sure if I just didn't see any signage or there wasn't any. If there was, it most certainly was not clear.

Other than that, this is typical hotel Starbucks. It is a counter where you can order Starbucks things. Nothing special.

I come here a lot because my office is right down the street. This location doesn't have a toaster oven for their bagels or mobile order, and they're always too busy chatting to pay attention to their customers.
